Wow it's been a while....

I've been away far too long! But I'm back now :)
So here's a little update....

I am now an Independent AVON Trainee Sales Leader, hoping to qualify soon! I'm getting there. Having an open day at my local job centre on Monday so that I can sign up more people and get qualified! So of course I'll let you know how I get on.

Does anyone know if there is a Blogger app for Blackberry or if I can post straight to here by email or anything?

Garnier Exfo Brusher Wash

hiya everyone, ok.. I know I've been away for a while but I've been busy with college and everything and I've got some spare time today so I thought I'd do a review on Garnier Pure Active Exfo-Brusher Wash.

First, it says it remover dead skin cells and visibly reduces shine, see results from day 1. OK, so this was actually bought for my brother but it didn't work on his skin, I think it made his skin worse I'm not sure.. that made me a little hesitant to use it but I decided the other night in the shower I was going to give it a try because my skin felt that way that it needed a good scrub! So the insturctions on the back say you've to turn the head round, squeeze the bottle until the product comes out, twist the head back and then massage the face in circular movements. So I done all this and washed it off.. Afterward my skin felt dry and tight but I put some moisturiser on and my skin felt better, so off I went to bed and waited for, hopefully, good results.

The next day my skin felt very soft and any spots that I had or could see appearing had disapeared and people were complimenting me on how good my skin looked.. Overall, I am very happy with this product and I would recomend it to anyone, now as I sad above this was bought for my brother and it didnt work for him, so it might work for some and it might not but it's totally up to you whether you want to try it or not :-).

Prices

It is quite expensive at £7.49 but it is worth it.. Boots have it on offer at the moment and it's only £4.49 still pretty expensive but it's worth a try.

Avon Haul

Hiya everyone! So my Avon order came today, but I'm pretty annoyed because I was most excited about my fitflops coming through and they're out of stock! So I need to wait 3 weeks! :-( have any of you tried them and do they work? Leave me a wee comment with what you think. Okay so on to the haul, here is what I got...

I got the make up bargain bag and it was £7.50, in it it contained:

Personal Match Smooth Mineral Makeup Powder in Toffee
Marimekko for Avon all-over face palette in Poppy Bouquet
Colourtrend Eyeshadow Brights in Electric Blue
Twist and Glide Lip Gloss in Mauve
Twist and Glide Lip Gloss in Coral

Okay so first is the eyeshadow, as it can be seen from the picture it is very bright but i havent used it yet so I don't know if it is as bright going on but I'll let you know. It's not a powder eyeshadow it's a creamy eyeshadow which would make it easy to apply and is probably why it appears so bright in the picture.

Next I think will be the two lipglosses.

So the first one is in mauve, the lipgloss it self has a little plastic thing on top, like where the lipgloss comes out, its actually really hard to explain. At first I thought it would be hard to put it on but it's actually really easy, it kind of just glides on.. pretty much what it says :-).

Then its the Coral and its a kind of more pinky colour, its just the same as the mauve basically so not much I can say.

Then it's the all-over face palette, I love the colours in this, they're pinkish but have a litte shimmer through them. It says to 'swirl brush over the shaded, apply all over face and blend evenly.' I haven't used it yet, but I'm planning on using it tomorrow so I'll let you know how it goes. Its such pretty colours and the packaging and everything is so sweer, I can't wait to use it! :-)

Lastly, but by no means least is the mineral powder, now this is a lot darker than the colour I would use.

The top as you can see is very dark, really dark compared to my natural colour. Under that I put a small amount on and blended it in, as you can see it is still dark but not as dark as the one above. I'm hoping this foundation will be good for when I'm wearing fake tan, which will be at the weekend so I'll let you know after that :-)

Boots Bronzing Summer Glow Kit

Hi everyone, so I was at the chemist a day last week and bought a new mascara and if i spent more than £6 then you were getting the Bronzing summer glow kit from 17 free.

It is in a pretty little package that can be seen below

Inside it has a mirror on the top half and then on the bottom half is the make up. It has, 'Everything you need to become a sun-kissed Goddess.' The kit contains:
1 x Mirror Shine Lipstick, Sugar daddy
2 x Eye Shadow, Ivory Coast and Statuesque
1 x Instant Glow Bronzing Powder, Medium
1 x Bronzing Brush
1 x Eye Applicator

this is the cutesy little bronzing brush

This brush is good for applying the bronzer to areas you usually cant get like the eye area it is also good for contouring cheekbones and forehead.

The bronzing powder is supposed to be a medium but it isnt dark, which is either a good thing or a bad thing. I dont even know if you'll be able to notice the difference on my hand.

Next are the two eyeshadows.

As it can be seen below the top eyeshadow (yes, there is one there!) is very light and could be used as a base coat, highlighter or if going for the natural look a coulour by itself. The bottom eyeshadow, the more browny one is a very nice colour when it is on and isnt as dark as you think it will be, it has a nice shimmery effect to it.

Lastly is the lipgloss, it is also a kind of darker brown and has a slight glitter through it like the eyeshadow. It also is a very nice colour on and lasts quite a while. I apply it with a lip brush (not included) and it is easy to put on with that and quite a lot goes on.

Oh almost forgot, the eyeshadow brush

It has the sponge applicator on one end and a brush on the other end, very simple to use and makes it easy to apply the eyeshadow.


Overall, I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone, although I'm not sure if it will be in stores once the offer is over, so if you can get it! :)
I use this product everyday and so far have had no problems with my skin.

first day at college.

hey guys, well today was my first day and it wasn't too bad.. it was pretty boring cos the lecturer just talked and I'm like mega tired lol. so I was up at 7 this morning to get ready and went away with my dad at quarter to 8!! but i went and got a wee cup of tea (it was only 50p) and walked up to the college, I was early but just went up to the class and sat, I was so scared cos I don't know anyone! :( so we had a wee break at 10 and I just sat in the class cos I didn't wanna just walk about myself! that makes me sound really sad actually lol. but some people came back so I started talking to them :P so I finished at quarter to 12 and just walked down to work. so I finished work about half 2/3 and came home. tomorrow I'm in all day at college and I'm so scared cos when it comes to lunch time I don't want to just sit myself :/ so I don't really know what to do. awk well that's my day, anything exciting happen in your day today? till tomorrow <33 xxxxxxxxxxxx
